Principal Place of Residence Concession

The Principal Place of Residence (PPR) Concession is something awarded to those who will be purchasing a property - under the value of $ 550,000 - and living in that property for at least 12 months.

It is a concession. This means that rather than paying the full amount, you will be paying a reduced/concessional rate of stamp duty. Click here (Victoria only) to access the stamp duty calculator for purchases of homes intended as a PPR.
