The Principal Place of Residence (PPR) Concession is a discount on stamp duty a purchaser may be eligible for when they purchase real estate with the intention of moving in within twelve (12) months of settlement as their primary place of residence. First Home Owners Concession

First Home Owners Grant
Only purchasers of newly built homes (off-the-plan apartments, house and land packages, newly completed homes from which the purchaser is the first occupier) are still eligible to receive the grant of $10,000 from 1 July 2013. For up to date information visit our blog.
